Dry Foam Carpet Cleaning
This procedure is actually most rather than dry as the name infers, but the moisture content is so low that it can be referred to as "dry" (10% liquid 90% air). The dry foam machine is equipped with a pressure tank.
A solution of water and shampoo concentrate is poured in this tank. A compressor converts this solution into a foam which is then dispensed over the carpet through a revolving cylindrical brush. This brush combs the foam
through the carpet pile so that each fiber is cleaned. To achieve a high degree of efficiency with this procedure, you must be sure that the bubbles produced are of uniformed size so that the foam can complete its cleaning
process before it disperse. Once dry, the carpet is thoroughly vacuumed to remove the dried crystals of emulsified dirt. Periodic rinse extraction is recommended to remove soil and residue build-up.

Complete the job by using furniture leg pads or blocks to eliminate rust or furniture stains |
Advantage
This procedure is capable of covering large areas in a short period of time. There is no danger of saturating the carpet(even when done by an unskilled operator) since the moisture content is so low. This will help
minimize the problems associated with over wetting.
Disadvantage
This procedure is capable of removing moderate levels of soiling. There is a possibility of excessive residue and soil build up if the dry foam machine has inadequate extraction capabilities.
